The Project

Located at the University of Irvine, the Mesa Court Student Housing Expansion project spans 250,000 square feet and provides an attractive, long-term housing solution for students at the University of Irvine. Pierre Landscape was honored to be part of the DBIA award-winning UC Irvine Mesa Court Towers which provides first-year student housing in a LEED Platinum building. Pierre provided early tree trimming on historically significant trees before returning to provide the landscape, irrigation, site furnishings and bio filtration planters. Green roof planting areas with drought-tolerant plants were installed to reduce heat gain in the building.
